Following on from the introduction, a deeper dive into your needs and how best to support them with data and technology, based on your business strategy and available platforms, along with our suggestions on ‘best fit’ to deliver the best solution.
Compilation by us of a formal statement of work, covering the deliverable elements of the project, what is in / out of scope and all associated costs to deliver the documented items.
Once the documentation and costs have been approved, the project will go ‘live’, and the project team will work through start date, timescales and all other relevant information with you.
The build stage of the project, where we will create the documented solution. This is a collaborative process where we will remain in touch throughout the to make sure that you know where things are, and to ensure that every step of the journey remains relevant and effective.
At the end of the project, or at designated milestones, we will ask you to check and approve the delivery is as expected so it can be approved, or amended as required. At the point of acceptance, the project is either handed over to you, or moved into our support team should you elect to take that option.
For those customers that elect to take a support contract, once acceptance has been granted, your solution will then be covered by the agreed support SLA.
